Queen of Raligards

Be Rizyu's mother. A gentile queen but also the voice between the royal flight and the senate. She played more of peace keeper between both sides.

I think I kept a good look to her keeping her colors light but also along the lines of the black flight which use mainly reds and golds on their clothing. Riz of corse is the odd ball of the race >^^<.
