Bloodlines -Cyber Criminal- WIP 1

First I thought the background was gonna be a royal PITA. But in fact its proving to be not only quite easy but learning a trick or two from it as well. Also this time im using folders to keep track of all the layers. Just trying to get myself in the hang of using them for I know from now on I will prob need to use them on images.
